Core is $500 to $15,000 for US small businesses, with a fully automated funding decision in minutes. A person approves before any money moves. Funding goes up to $2 million. Amounts over $15,000 are Select: about a 2-hour review during business hours, and a funding specialist will call to finalize terms with underwriting. The in-app disclosure and agreement are placeholders and are not final legal documents. State licensing and disclosure rules are not finished.

An offer, if one is made, expires in seven days unless you accept it. Funding requires a signed disclosure, a signed agreement, and a final review. The local signing screen is a development adapter until Dropbox Sign or DocuSign is connected.

Electronic records are used only after you agree. You can ask for paper copies. Core can consider a business in any US state. A state marked blocked or restricted in ops config will not auto-fund.
