This page is a placeholder for counsel. RallyCap collects the phone number, business details, owner identity, and bank data needed to underwrite a purchase of future receivables.

Social Security numbers, dates of birth, EINs, and bank account numbers are encrypted before they are stored. Access by the admin is written to an append-only audit log.

Bank data comes from Plaid when you connect an account, or from statements you upload. Transactional email can be sent without marketing consent. Texts are sent only when a TCPA consent row is on file, and STOP is honored.
